Richard Wayman (film producer & accountant) Our first Do-Gooder is proposed by John. Wayman started the Highway Saftey Foundation in Ohio in the 1950s. What started off as a hobby for photography and a friendship with the police blossomed into a nationally distributed educational film company. The educational films focused on the behavior of the driver, where the safety of the vehicles and road conditions came secondary. You can find videos, like the first film "Signal 30″ on Youtube. There is a documentary available on Fandor and Amazon about Wayman and his impact as an educational film producer.
