Matt Damon (actor and humanitarian) Public voices often use their platforms to hold up a mirror or a magnifying glass to the uncomfortable truths and forgotten people. When those people are entertainers they are often met with calls to sit down and shut up. Keith brings up Matt Damon as an actor that dedicates time and resources to philanthropic and humanitarian efforts. One of his larger efforts is to provide clean water to countries and people that lack the infrastructure and resources. It is telling that he uses his public face, outside of his films, to promote the social and economic struggles of people in need. The film The Informant! is available on Amazon and iTunes.
