Crowd Crush (tv series) When Casey thinks watering hole he thinks 'gathering of people' and crowd crush is that gathering taken to the extreme.   A crowd starts acting like a fluid when it reaches a certain density. Extracting yourself from one of these crowds is often literally swimming upstream.   The pilgrimage to Mecca for Hajj is one of the events that regularly draws massive crowds and therefore crowd crush.   As cities become more densely populated the chance of finding yourself in one if these pressed increases.
