hello welcome back to another episode of broken record my name is ellie i'm your host and you're listening to our show that is on every tuesday at 6 and yeah let's get into it so this week i feel like a lot of things have been announced so i want to talk about them the first thing and most recent thing that i've seen is that blink 182 is reuniting and going on a world tour which is very exciting they're going to north america australia latin america like they're going everywhere it's so cool oh my gosh imagine how fun it would be to like be in a band and then like reunite and just like still have so much like fame or whatever that you could just tour the world again like just right when you get back into it that'd be so cool but yeah they have a new song coming out on friday and i'm excited to hear it i'm excited to hear travis barker's drumming because he's an insane drummer and i'm excited um i also want to talk about maggie anton she's releasing a cover of tyler chowder's song lady may and i'm so excited because i love maggie's voice and this is gonna be like the first thing that she's released on like apple music or spotify or something because she usually just sings like on tiktok or like goes live and stuff and i'm so excited to just like be able to hear her more frequently and more easily and i'm so excited i love her i think she's so adorable and i definitely think she's one to watch i feel like she definitely will be getting more popular i love her she's so sweet but yeah and then going back to the touring world ed sheeran is going on tour he's going he's coming to north america and i'm so excited he hasn't been here since like what 2017 is that when he was here last or here on tour last he's probably been here not on tour but that's crazy i'm so excited to see him i love ed's concerts because he literally just like him and the guitar and he has like a board at his feet and he like does loops and stuff and it's so cool i love it so much and i'm so excited to go see him i really really really hope i get tickets because they're not on sale yet but i really want to go and i really hope that i can see him yeah i love it he's going to Seattle by the way he's going to a lot of places um it's this is his mathematics tour because all his albums are like symbols in math and so he has add multiply divide equals and now he's going on mathematics tour and i'm so excited and i hope this means like he plays songs from his older albums because i feel like so his most recent album was equals and so i feel like if he was going on the equals tour he would play songs mainly from equals but since it's a mathematics tour i feel like it's everything you know like do you get my reasoning there i hope you do because i'm really hoping that he plays some older songs too i mean i'm sure he will i'm sure he'll play like shape of you and like his popular songs from previous albums i just hope he plays like a random song from like one of his older albums that'll be so fun yeah he's also going on tour with khalid well so he has i believe five openers but like they're like not he's not gonna have five openers at every concert it's just like for this show it's this person this show's this person and so for the Seattle show khalid and Maisie Peters are opening and i'm so excited Maisie Peters was on went on tour in north america last year and i wasn't able to go and i was so sad but she's coming back with ed sheeran and i'm so excited to see her because i love her music and i really wanted to go to her concert but i didn't but she's coming back and i have the chance to see her again and i'm really excited and also i love khalid and he's coming too and i'm so excited i love his music too and i'm very excited for this concert it seems to be shaping up like a good one so fingers crossed i also would like to talk about arctic monkeys they're going on tour um they're coming to Seattle also and i'm so excited i think it's gonna be so good i believe they're coming to climate pledge i might be wrong but i'm so excited i hope i can go to that one too fingers crossed also this isn't really new news but adele is restarting her residency in las vegas weekends with adele it starts in november and we're getting pretty close to november so i'm gonna be really excited to hear how that goes because obviously it was supposed to happen a lot earlier and then it got canceled she canceled it but now it's starting again and so i feel like this concert just has to be like so amazing and so i'm excited to hear people's reviews and be like this is totally worth the wait she was outstanding blah blah blah or are they gonna be like this is so like this shouldn't this could have been performed like two months ago why did she wait and i'm so excited i can't wait to hear the reviews it's gonna be so interesting but yeah i'm so excited for all these tours and new music and i can't wait for all these things to happen i'm so excited thanks
