New ways of working – managing an agile workforce with virtual teams

In this session we explore the definition of agile working and it’s benefits, as well as some of the challenges of virtual teams. We also look at some of the differences in employee attitudes to agile working and how we can recognise and manage them effectively. Furthermore, we look at the different management styles and how you can use technology to effectively lead and engage with hybrid virtual teams.
