New Willard land use hearing officer appointed

The Willard City Council appointed a new land use hearing officer March 12 to oversee administrative hearings related to subdivision, zoning, and other land use matters. Craig M. Call of Anderson Call & Wilkinson, P.C. was selected to replace Dave Church, the previous hearing officer. The council noted that Call comes highly recommended and had been reviewed by city staff prior to the appointment.
