Heute Thema: Hybrid, Freefloat oder Pflicht - wie viel Präsenz braucht es wirklich? Johanna betont die Bedeutung eines gemeinsamen Ortes, an dem Mitarbeitende wirklich zusammenkommen können, um das Gemeinschaftsgefühl zu erleben. Christopher teilt die Erfahrungen seines Teams mit einem festen Bürotag pro Woche. Die Kehrseite von Flexibilität sei allerdings eine sorgfältige Planung, Organisation und viel Rücksichtnahme. Wo gibt es noch Verbesserungsbedarf? Ganz klar in Arbeitsumfeldern wie Produktion, Logistik und Shops. Hier können flexible Arbeitsmodelle sinnvoll sein. Und natürlich Kaffee!
