In this case, the commercial crew program with NASA, SpaceX, Boeing and the ULA. There's a balance to everything, from space travel to personal challenges. Identifying that it is a problem or that it needs fixing is the first step.    Hope you have a wonderful New Year and wish you the best of luck!
