Welcome back to my ~glamorous~ life!!!!!! This week I am continuing my open discussions about talking about my realistic new year goals & aspirations. In the past I set unrealistic goals so far out of reach and I would feel like shit when I wouldn’t complete them. This year I am setting goals to benefit me personally. This week I am discussing my goal of setting boundaries, learning to say no and making myself my top priority. I talk about all the situations and why I used to always be a “yes girl” and why that was unacceptable. i love you guys
