New Years Day Special: Echo's Return - With Joe and Charlie

Welcome to the first episode of 2023 I am joined with Joe and Charlie where the main focus of today's episode in Doctor Who where we all have a major love for and we're quite frankly obsessed which is a really good thing. Joe talks about his upcoming fan film Echo's Return which actually airs today so go and check it out on all "The Confused Adipose" platforms. Joe talks to us and tells us about where the name originated from, considering his first ever Doctor Who episode he wanted was a Adipose episode "Partners in Crime" A new new classic! Charlie is a musician she is part of her own band and composes some music in the film Echo's Return but and composes some in the first Doctor Who fan film Echo's end. Charlie's music is really good music is really impactful and the Song - "All of time and space - no hope on Gallifrey" is one of my favourites and made it into my 2022 Spotify wrapped most listened song. Good work from Charlie and hopefully she'll be able to compose some music on the official show one day! We also talk about lots in the Doctor Who world how it impacts our lives, when we started watching, impactful Doctor's and Companions and the upcoming 60th anniversary specials with some much to look forward too! even favourite episodes! so much gossip. We reflect on the legends Bernard Cribbins Passing... Joe gives an insight on Echo's return and how there will be one more fan film which will mark the sequel which will probably air between late 2023 start of 2024. We do talk about how diverse Doctor Who is now for so many communities, mentioning the Autistic community for example where Doctor Who and Autism is really connected but there is so many. As said in today's episode where will be more opportunities later this year for the 60th anniversary celebrations on the podcast. If you remember in 2022 there was Doctor Who and Autism series there will be a second season of that in 2024/2025 these Doctor Who anniversary will be linked in with that series but will 16 new episodes all set for the big adventure November time! To finish up this fantastic special! Charlie and Joe share their favourite Doctor Who quotes and one each they relate too... They are goodens! Charlie - "We're all stories in the end make it a good one EH?" Joe - "The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don't always soften the bad things.
