Welcome to series 5 of Manager matt podcast show. This weeks show examines the idea of new years resolutions in business.Humans love to compartmentalise the world around us. We love to see to see a start, middle and end to things we, read, listen to and watch. We also do this in life, the anniversary, birthday, end and start of he working week. And naturally the biggest of these is the new year. The end of the bad/good last year and the start of the new.Most of us have grand plans from Jan the 1st. To stop spending so much, to have more time reading, less time on social media.eat better food, More time listening to the manager matt podcast. And naturally been a better all rounded manager.
