from Newaza Podcast · host Craig Cordi

Ethan Ostermeyer has been a student of athletic performance training for 20 years. Ethan played college football at Sacred Heart University (university of Connecticut). Ethan completed an internship for the Strength program at the University of Rhode Island and the football program. Ethan owned and ran his own gym, Elite Performance Systems, for 8 years before passing it on to his mentee where we trained hundreds of athletes from professionals to middle school.
