Ethan Ostermeyer has been a student of athletic performance training for 20 years. Ethan played college football at Sacred Heart University (university of Connecticut). Ethan completed an internship for the Strength program at the University of Rhode Island and the football program. Ethan owned and ran his own gym, Elite Performance Systems, for 8 years before passing it on to his mentee where we trained hundreds of athletes from professionals to middle school. Ethan is married with three (3) children who might love Jiu Jitsu more than him and is currently a purple belt and coach at Simmons Jiu Jitsu in Connecticut. Ethan feels that his passion for helping athletes has always felt like one of his major purposes in life. Ethan can be reached on Instagram at @homegrown_jiujitsu.
