Waco NPR 103.3 fm continues to examine the factors shaping the 17th congressional district and the upcoming race between 20 year incumbent Chet Edwards and his GOP challenger, Bill Flores. The current incarnation of the district is only 6 years old, having been mapped in 2004 for the purpose of electing a Republican. KWBU's Derek Smith has more.
