Alaska’s proposed liquefied natural gas pipeline cleared a major hurdle Wednesday, as the House Finance Committee advanced a major property tax exemption bill developer Glenfarne says will make the $44.5 to $54.5 billion project a reality — that is, if the legislature passes it without changes.
