Contemplation is something we all need to do – and take the time to really ponder all that is happening in the world and in our lives. The discussion began with discussing the new series V-Revealed which began on Feb 9th vrevealed dot com about COVID-19 and the vaccines. It isn’t your typical conspiracy theory, it is real information that would benefit us all, some fascinating information about how viruses have always upgraded our bodies. We then discussed Upgrades again and Self Care because as most caregivers are helping others and forget about themselves. We also talked about how in our 50’s women’s bodies change. I noticed that anger fueled some hot flashes which was from Judgement. Tracy shared that Judgement can be released by the question: would you rather be Clear or Here?
