Charis Melina Brown is a holistic health educator, Reiki Master, spirit guide, speaker and author. She specializes in holistic wellness, mental health, spirituality, and energy healing. Charis trains Reiki practitioners and and has been a Reiki practitioner herself since 2003. She holds Master’s Degrees in Health and Science Education (University of Florida, 2006) and Transpersonal Psychology (Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, 2008.) ​ Charis has chosen a career and personal life path immersed in esoteric studies, merging her traditional education with healing practices from around the world to create a new system of mind-body-spirit wellness. She trains other healers, guides a book club and mentorship program about holistic living, hosts workshops and retreats, speaks at events, conferences, and trainings, and teaches courses worldwide on holistic wellness. Charis aims to bring psychological and spirit-renewing practices to the workplace in such a way that the current state of declining mental health in business, medicine, among practitioners, and in the general public can be improved.
