First up, transportation company Flix has decided to cancel its planned initial public offering. Instead, Flix has partnered with the Swedish private equity firm EQT. Insiders suggest this strategic move aims to give Flix more flexibility in responding to market changes. Moving on to mergers and acquisitions, the global M&A market is showing strong signs of recovery. The global M&A volume has risen by nearly 20 percent to 1.5 trillion dollars in the first half of the year. However, Germany is lagging behind in this trend.
