I copiosi rivoli di saliva di cui grondano le avide bocche dei politici e dei ministri giallo-rossi al pensiero dei soldi in arrivo dall'Europa, potrebbero seccarsi bruscamente.I tempi per ratificare l'accordo stanno slittando, come da giorni avvertono persino i telegiornali, e il testo finale potrebbe riservare cocenti delusioni. Ad esempio ci si illude che il richiamo al rispetto dei diritti civili riguardi solo Polonia ed Ungheria. Ma la situazione italiana non e' affatto rosea, tra abolizione della prescrizione, tempi biblici della giustizia penale e civile, libertà di stampa da terzo mondo, autoritarismo strisciante e reiterate violazioni della Costituzione.Ma seppure i soldi fossero stanziati nei tempi previsti la capacita' progettuale dell'Amministrazione Pubblica italiana e' del tutto deficiente. Gia' nel 1996 si cerco' di mobilizzare il paese per utilizzare in modo massiccio ed articolato i fondi strutturali europei. Fu un fiasco totale su cui venne steso un velo colpevolmente pietoso dai media compiacenti.Questa volta si rischia di ripetere il disastro su scala ciclopica, lasciando una degenerazione insostenibile per le future generazioni.
