Next steps for Germantown's The Standard

Up until recently, the land on the southwest side of Poplar Avenue and Kirby Parkway was home to Carrefour at Kirby Woods. Now it's been demolished, and an ambitious plan that includes condos, apartments, a parking garage, office space and a hotel could rise in its place.
