NFIB: Predatory trial attorneys bullying Missouri’s small businesses over ADA claims

A bill nearing the finish line in the Missouri Legislature aims to protect small business owners from predatory trial attorneys who say their websites are not compliant with federal law. Alisa Nelson talks to Brad Jones, State Director of the National Federation of Independent Business, who says these attorneys make a mockery of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
