In the midst of Tropical Storm Hillary heading towards Southern California, an earthquake hit the area with a magnitude of 5.1 on the Richter scale. The epicenter of the earthquake was reported near Ojai, California which is nearby the city of Santa Barbara and 60 miles away from SoFi Stadium in the city of Inglewood where the Saints and Chargers would play their scheduled preseason game.
