We discussed how using this approach will take away a lot of the fear rather than when we believe things are happening to Us. This helps us see our choices and that we can come from a place of Love over fear. This is a powerful and positive place to make our choices. We then discussed how a lot of people believe that by Being positive and loving means they become a doormat. However a doormat gets stuck in "acting like they are happy" to make people like them. This is NOT what we are talking about. Lastly we discussed how people don't feel they have a choice - but that is only because they don't like the choices they have to make or because they want a different outcome.
