Happiness comes from within us - not outside of us. All the 'things' we are looking for that we believe will bring us Happiness is an elusive search. The key to Happiness is to BE Positive, BE Caring to Others, BE Authentic and to BE Happy within regardless of what is happening. We can't control what is happening - we can only choose how to respond to what is happening. When we focus on Growing Up - we will BEcome Happy within.
