An interesting discussion around our capacity to Love comes from how much we have grown up… I Loved this discussion! Tom shared that Love is Caring and Helping is LOVE. I believe that is the extent we can Open our Hearts and to do this we need to feel safe. Whatever Love means to you… BE Love instead of wanting or needing someone to be what you want. Love has NO conditions and it doesn’t matter what they do or don’t do, it is NEVER about YOU. You can Love someone irregardless of what they can do for you. Love is!
