Laurie Huston from News the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney on Clear Hearts. For the past 19 months we have been separated and NOT connected. We need to remember we are NOT alone and always a breath away from a deeper and higher aspect of ourselves. We began this discussion with a show on Gaia that Bruce Lipton hosts on how we have been in a chrysalis (2020) and all the goo is dissolving and changing us from a fundamental level. We aren't yet a butterfly - but we are changing. Tracy suggests that we metaphorically put all our fears, frustrations, anger etc into a containment so that we can BE clear and then ask how would we like to change our world? Reminder if we are in judgement we are NOT clear. What would make you happy? Do we want to choose to be Compassionate, Loving, Kind and Accepting or stay stuck in the goo?
