Laurie Huston from News the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney on the Opposite of Being Helpful. In this discussion I shared my story again on my leg and where my journey has gone. What we realized was I was carrying a belief that I had done permanent damage and that what I was doing was the Opposite of Being Helpful for my healing journey. Although, this had a lot of my personal journey - my healing journey - it is an excellent example of the beliefs we all hold. Tracy gave some great tips and healing to help with the next part of our healing journey. We also discussed how the state of the World and what is happening to us at this time - is the Opposite of Being Helpful for any of us. The Separation, Segregation, Hate and Fear that is still being propagated is the Opposite of Being Helpful to us.
