When we discussed the groove we are stuck in - it came about because of how so many people are now needing their old stuck groove to avoid the pain and try and find a way to overcome all the messiness that has resulted after over a year of dealing with COVID. Again we shared that Judgement is keeping us from BEing Clear. What we all need is to find a way to BEcome clear - and when we find ourselves in judgement we can know we are NOT clear.
