Tracy shared a beautiful prayer on assisting us to Come from our Goodness and resizing our cells to allow the Lightness of the Planet to assist us to let go of the stories we have all created around the parts of us we felt shame, guilt and the choices we made that weren't coming from our Goodness. We have the ability to remember at the Source level and within ourselves that we are GOOD. Under the stories we have told ourselves - we are GOOD! Tracy also brought in this energy of our Thrones and how to reclaim them. Some people - think political leaders - seem to be in someone else's throne. Her wish is that we all remember our innate Goodness and that we will find political leaders who will also embrace and come from their Goodness.
