Surrounded by legal cannabis states in New England, New Hampshire was on an island with dollars leaving that state for legal transactions in others. Now the New Hampshire House of Representatives has passed a bill that could be the first step towards legalization in that state. Tim Egan is a Representative in NH and was instrumental in moving it through the house with his fellow state reps.
