He is seeing changes in behaviour in athletes and their attitudes. With this level of play they are lacking mental skills and obviously resilience but phones are not helping the athletes with their focus either. Mike Stubbs does such a great job on they podcast and adding such great value.... to where hockey organizations are going and what they really need. Good timing right?
