Neh 6:6 "In it was written, "It is reported among the nations, and Geshem also says it, that you and the Jews intend to rebel; that is why you are building the wall. And according to these reports you wish to become their king."信上写着说：“外邦人中有风声，迦施慕(就是“基善”见二章十九节) 也说：“你和犹大人谋反，修造城墙，你要作他们的王。Neh 6:7 "And you have also set up prophets to proclaim concerning you in Jerusalem, 'There is a king in Judah.' And now the king will hear of   these reports. So now come and let us take counsel together."你又派先知在耶路撒冷指着你宣讲说，在犹大有王。现在这话必传与王知，所以请你来，与我们彼此商议。”Neh 6:8 "Then I sent to him, saying, "No such things as you say have been done, for you are inventing them out of your own mind."我就差遣人去见他说：“你所说的这事，一概没有，是你心里捏造的。”Neh 6:9 "For they all wanted to frighten us, thinking, "Their hands will drop from the work, and it will not be done." But now, O God, strengthen my hands."他们都要使我们惧怕，意思说，他们的手必软弱，以致工作不能成就。  神啊！求你坚固我的手！
