Neh 7:61 "The following were those who came up from Tel-melah, Tel- harsha, Cherub, Addon, and Immer, but they could not prove their fathers' houses nor their descent, whether they belonged to Israel:"从特米拉、特哈萨、基绿、亚顿、音麦上来的，不能指明他们的宗族、谱系是以色列人不是。Neh 7:62 "the sons of Delaiah, the sons of Tobiah, the sons of Nekoda, 642."他们是第莱雅的子孙、多比雅的子孙、尼哥大的子孙，共六百四十二名。Neh 7:63 "Also, of the priests: the sons of Hobaiah, the sons of Hakkoz, the sons of Barzillai (who had taken a wife of the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite and was called by their name)."祭司中，哈巴雅的子孙、哈哥斯的子孙、巴西莱的子孙，因为他们的先祖娶了基列人巴西莱的女儿为妻，所以起名叫巴西莱。Neh 7:64 "These sought their registration among those enrolled in the genealogies, but it was not found there, so they were excluded from the priesthood as unclean."这三家的人在族谱之中，寻查自己的谱系，却寻不着；因此算为不洁，不准供祭司的职任。Neh 7:65 The governor told them that they were not to partake of the most holy food until a priest with Urim and Thummim should arise.省长对他们说：“不可吃至圣的物，直到有用乌陵和土明决疑的祭司兴起来。”
