Niall Horan Is Paying for People's Dinners, Drinks to Promote New Album!

Niall Horan's new album is on the way! The 1D alum announced his new single "Dinner Party" is coming and he's picking up people's tabs at bars and restaurants to promote the album.  He’s been quietly popping into restaurants in Los Angeles and New York, picking up the bills and leaving little notes that say things like, “Met you at a dinner party. Hope you enjoy!
