年龄：即将40了，有什么感觉

What does it feel like to turn 40 years old?Dave Consiglio, I'm a teacher, so I give a lot of people advice.Written Mar 8Bittersweet.On the one hand, I’ve never been happier. I’m happily married to an amazing woman, my kids are healthy and successful in school, and my job is going well. Also, I get to blow up planets for fun and excitement.Who could ask for anything more?I could, that’s who.The problem is that this is all going to come to an end, and that right quick. I just turned 40, and the reality is that there is a very real chance I’m already halfway done with this life. That pisses me off to no end.Now, the good news is that 40 more years might just be long enough for me to become immortal. That’s kinda what I’m hoping for. At the very least, I think it will be possible to document the things that I did and learned and felt in a far deeper and more meaningful way than is possible now. And in that way, I may never die.I hope that’s true. It’s my intention to blow up worlds for a long long time to come.Oh, and one more thing:NOT Everyone Dies™ (if I have anything to say about it!)
