A short walk to the pub with friends was about the extent of IT programme manager Nic Hardy's adventures two years ago. Today she leads an adventure club of 100 people who go hiking, wild camping, rock climbing in the Lake District most weekends. She also bagged all 214 Wainwrights in a year! But how did she do it?
