It’s the long awaited (by us) Episode 69 of Sneople at the Movies, beloved listeners, and your Sneople are reaching for the low hanging fruit for this one by talking about Sex in Film! They start off with an icebreaker about their most uncomfortable movie sex scene experiences, but things turn pretty serious when they start discussing the current Internet Hot Takes about sex scenes in film. From there, they get into who gets to define what makes Good Art, how you can feel represented through on-screen sexuality, and and how queerness ties into all of it. They also talk about fanfic, obviously. They get off topic at one point to talk about the Oscars and how angry they are about them, because it’s that time of year. They still tie it into the topic at hand, they promise!
