Nick comes from Loganville, GA a small town outside of Athens near the hometowns of fellow country artists such as Brantley Gilbert, Corey Smith, Jordan Rager and Jon Langston to name a few. We talk about Georgia. His time at school in Milledgeville at GCU. Leading worship in his home church and his previous musical endeavor when he was half of the duo Hamrick & Haynes. We also discuss the mental struggles we both go thru on a daily basis. How to stay positive in a business that can bring you down. And how he has found a network of friends to create with here in Nashville. Lastly we talk about 'Over There' the first single off his debut EP which includes six original songs. The process of writing, recording and creating this project. A cool feature that it includes and which songs he's most excited about it!
