Nick Hungerford - Co-Founder of Nutmeg [REPLAY]

from The Richards Report · host Ted Richards

Here is a re-release of an episode I recorded back in May of 2019 and I want to bring it back to the top of your feed if you missed it the first time as much has happened since it was first released. Nick Hungerford is the founder of Nutmeg, the largest robo-adviser in Europe. He is also a digital ambassador for the UK Department of International Trade, a member of the European Power 50 and recipient of Spears Entrepreneur of the year award. In this episode, we discuss the challenges of being an entrepreneur and raising money and growing a Fintech business. In a relatively short period of time Nutmeg has opened up professional investment management to segments of people in the UK that have never had access to it before. Nick has since stepped away from Nutmeg and is now involved in a venture capital fund in Singapore called Portage.
