Nick Reiner demands his trust fund money — will he get it despite allegedly killing parents?

Nick Reiner is accused of murdering his parents Rob and Michele Reiner — and now he wants money from a trust fund so he can pay for his legal defense. The petition says there is 1.5 million dollars in the trust and that Reiner was entitled to some of the money when he turned 30. The petition says half the trust was required to be distributed to Nick “outright when he turned 30” and the rest would be given to him when he turned 35. Should he get the money for his legal defense?
