He also discusses how checking in on your friends often and letting the people you care about that your love them every chance you get.

Swellz (with a special appearance from his wife Leondra) talk about October being Down syndrome Awareness Month and with having a child with downs (Shout out Memo!! Gang! Gang!) they discuss some misconceptions surrounding downs and answer questions that people may have.

The guys also discuss other topics such as Elton John and the crazy thing he was quoted saying in an interview about Rapper Young Thug being a better freestyler than Eminem!!!! WTF?!
