Nickie Sanlin: 2025 NCAA Men's Volleyball National Coach of the Year - ITCM-084

Nickie Sanlin is the Director of Volleyball Head Coach for the McKendree University Men's Volleyball Team which she started from scratch in 2014. For ten years she coached both mens and womens volleyball teams at McKendree while also serving as an athletics administrator. This past season McKendree, a Division II school, was the champion of the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association with a 13 and 3 record finishing ahead of traditional DI powers Ohio State and Ball State.
