Nicola often starts out at clients defining what their culture is. For example, is it a culture of fear? Such organizations tend not to allow failure or experimentation. Or perhaps it's a culture of "nice"? Seems nice, right? Except that these organizations tend not to embrace constructive debate and have employees that say they will go along with a decision but don't actually.
