Nicola Willis: Finance Minister on the national infrastructure plan, Christchurch Cathedral funding, Canterbury Museum funding

Finance Minister Nicola Willis is visiting Christchurch today and joined John MacDonald in studio to give her thoughts on a few topics.  They discussed National's infrastructure 30-year plan.
