Nicole Austin : George Dickel

This week on the show we have Nicole Austin, General Manager / Distiller at Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. and we talk about her journey from New York to Tennessee with a pit stop in Ireland along the way. She was such a fun guest and we hit if off right off from the start. She truly is doing great things with Cascade Hollow and the George Dickel brand! Her and I shoot the shit and talk some whiskey.
