Coach Nigel Romany's journey is rooted in a lifelong passion for educating and helping others. He began his career in the banking business, where he focused on servicing and educating clients. This natural inclination led him to transition into teaching, where he found a similar fulfillment in guiding others. His coaching career began over 20 years ago when he stepped in to coach his eldest daughter's soccer team and quickly fell in love with the sport and the coaching aspect.
