Alan met up with Night Surf in the complex at Starkville, where the riffs, beats, and jams of Night Surf come to life. The story of Night Surf begins with the musical influences and how Jamie, Matt, and Vince would meet. Earlier bands, prog rock, the local scene, and creating their own studio (Gloomy Room) and practice space are what makes Night Surf so appealing. Night Surf preserves the grit and rawness of where their music comes from with their recordings.
