Night Talk - High Court Ruling on Moti interdict

The ex-parte order gagging amaBhungane from reporting on leaked files relating to Zunaid Moti and the Moti Group has been set aside by the Gauteng High Court Deputy Judge President Judge Roland Sutherland delivered judgment in which he overturned the order the group had obtained. The court also awarded costs to amaBhungane and its journalists.   The gag order stems from AmaBhungane publishing a number of articles as part of its Moti Files series.
