My guest in the lair today is Nina Greipel, a self-taught kitchen enthusiast with a professional background in photojournalism. Nina and her family owned and operated the Gasthaus German Restaurant until it closed in 2022. She has recently published her cookbook called: Gasthaus Cookbook & Memories.In January 2026 Nina was the 1st to be part of the Yes, Chef program. Yes, Chef!, Northeast Regional Library’s paid Chef-in-Residence program, connects the public with chefs, bakers, food creators, culinary artists, or anyone passionate about sharing their love of cooking with the community.
