At Temple Health, improving health starts with meeting people where they are listening first, building strong partnerships with local organizations, and creating programs that reflect real needs. That commitment is on full display at the soon to open Sullivan Community Impact Center in North Philadelphia, where care, opportunity, and community connection come together in one welcoming space. For this month’s Temple University Health System segment, we are hearing from Nina O’Connor from Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, and Reverend Michael Major, the Senior Director of Called to Serve CDC to discuss the opening of the Sullivan Community Impact Center at Broad and Venango Streets this April to bring new programs of health and wellness support to the community.
