Nina's Last Episode

Anna and Nina have an important update for the show and discuss what it’s been like to get clarity about their priorities, especially when it comes to their careers. For Nina, she wants to be more present with her one-on-one clients, classes, and family, so she’s taking a step back from the podcast. Anna is going to continue as a solo host and is playing around with some ideas for the next iteration of How to Be Human, so stay tuned. Though it’s a bittersweet end of an era, Nina explains how she came to the conclusion that she can no longer show up for the HTBH community in the way that she wants to.
